nikka dont fight with no honor, woulda prolly had a battle axe hidden in his hair.
That's not true. Jaime doesn't have to cheat in a fight not when he's a renowned fighter. Even the best of them all says Jaime is hard body with the sword.

The way stannis was thugging up that ladder while everyone around him was dropping indicated to me he may have some sort of divine protection![]()

The chain was missing which missing but the biggest turing point was downplayed
this is like the 3rd time i've seen somethin about a "chain" mentioned. whats that all about, something they skipped from the book?? if it's been passed in the show so far according to the book, can u explain?? if its not a factor yet, then nevermind
Chain was a trap idea Tyrion came up with to protect King's Landing.
Tyrion put all the blacksmiths of the city to build the chain and placed them under water so that once the attacking ships were in close enough range they'd let loose the wildfire and no ship would escape the inferno when they raised the chain.
It was a secret and brilliant plan that no one saw coming and I guess the peeps talking about it's absence in the show are upset that it robbed Tyrion of a crowning moment.

That's crazy. Tyrion is a boss! My favorite character in the show by a landslide. The only other characters I hands down like are the dragon chick bc she's fine as hell and Ned's youngest daughter because she's clever as hell. I'm hype to see the dragon chick's story continue into that necromancer's crib.
For the book heads, do the white walkers (I think that's their names, the zombie cats) ever get a bigger role in the story?

Also, that shyt made for a very cool moment in the battle. When all the ships collided against the chain it made a fiery bridge from the kingswood side of the blackwater to the mud gate on kings landing. Soldiers from stannis side ending up crossin that shyt and having battles on the bridge and thats where tyrion lead the attack that got him sucka-sliced by mandon moore.
I was hoping to see the bridge made by the ships but that wildfire nuke did the battle justice
The author of the book said in an interview that Ned was an acerage swordsman but a master tactician. Brandon, his brother, was the swordsman of the familyto the folks who read the books was Ned Stark and Robert great warriors when they were younger? How great were they?
going back to season 1 who do you think would have won the fight between Jamie and Ned if it wasn't stopped?
The books are based on a lot of historical events.
