HBO really shytted on themselves. Both previous seasons should have been the full 10 episodes. Would have cleared up 99% of these complaints if they had more time to flesh shyt out

They always force that speed up shyt on the last seasons of their shows. Sopranos, the wire, oz, etc

I agree with this.

The show is still enjoyable but it the oast 2 season's could have used more episodes to fixed all the issues.

It’s the lowest rated episode because a lot of dumb shyt happened and they discarded the night king story like it never existed but imo anyone that is hating on the mad queen story is just an upset Dany stan. People have been speculating that she would turn out like this for years and I’m certain this is what is planned in the books.

Everything is being rushed but Dany has always needed someone to check her worst impulses and she has always been obsessed with her claim to the throne. This story isn’t completely random. The alternative to this story is the good guys killing Cersei and then living happily ever after. At least this is interesting and this is basically the only story that can salvage the shyt writing choices they made this season.

This is why this episode is the lowest rated in the show's history .

It’s the whole MAD queen thing that’s never been fleshed out.

I remember Cersei in season 2 saying a targ is born 50/50 either normal or crazy CAUSE OF INBREEDING. But the mad king was perfectly sane until he was locked away for years in a dungeon. So it’s not like he was just some crazy targ. nikka had PTSD literally and lost his mind.

Danny however has been the kind, gentle queen. Yea she gets upset and wants to wild out. So has every king/queen on this show and damn near every leader. They’ve all sent people to kill, burn down, steal, rape, etc,... all of them doing it way bigger than Danny. Who she really kill? Slave masters, conspirers, enemies? Any innocent people? None? Didn’t think so. Even dudes pops was living good in a slave town. Old “everybody is doing it so what you want me to do” ass nikka. fukk him.

How many asses she save? Millions? The entire world? Cause everybody would be dead without her dragons. Twice.


But now she saying fukk them people, I’m ready to burn this bytch up for killing how many leaders, lords, innocents? Now she’s gone MAD??? Like just crazy huh? Insane blood lust that lets her ignore all the reason she’s learned in the past 12 years (even longer by the shows clock)?


They could have had her doing some insane shyt once a season to a slow build. Instead she been doing all she can to help, up until 90 mins ago. And within 1 ep, she’s batshyt crazy, ignoring all logic and understanding

If Jon had Sam and Edd killed in front of him, 50% of the Night Watch killed and Ghost killed, and started showing hints of anger NOBODY would say "Jon is a Mad King"

Nobody is saying they should not go with this story. We are saying the groundwork for her suddenly killing the entire Kings landing of innocents, is NOT anything she ever was on. She was gonna fly in and burn up the castle. Not the whole goddamn city. She certainly wasn’t planning on burning up women and children on a whim like fukk it.

They should have had this working for 6 seasons like Arya training. They might as well had Sansa kill the wights in the crypt with ninja moves if we just saying fukk the groundwork

No D&D you have to show us the shyt and build it up. You had 4 extra episodes to do so at the minimum. Maximum 7 since you cut last season too. Won’t even count before that cause I’ll chalk that up to the books

And this is why I HATE how Dany has been treated. Are we REALLY suppose to believe this is all her fault? I agree the writing has been wishy washy. Dany has done nothing wrong instead have helped people including the North and this is how she is repaid? lol. If they make Dany the villain then GOT ending has flopped. Cersei is the mad queen. FOH. Westeros just a bunch of ungrateful sociopathic cacs.

They are mishandling everything in their attempts to quickly close out the show and go make Star Wars or whatever confederate fan fiction they got up their sleeve.

First the NK was mishandled and now they are about to mishandle the last battle for the crown with their bungled attempts at turning Dany into a heel.
