After S6 I would've had Jon in there, and maybe Arya/Dany/Cersei, but S7 and S8 happened . S6 also fukked up Stannis.

Theon is the only character who made it to S8 and was developed properly, even if the Iron Island/Euron story got rushed as well - that hurt Yara/Euron's stories more than it did Theons. His last stand was dope, I loved how they brought back the fact that he was a great archer - and Bran telling him he was a good man was the perfect send-off for him. That last charge looked iffy but Theon was always a weak hand to hand fighter.
