EVERYONE was running bardock in season 1 of dbfz. He had by far the highest playrate of any character and was easily the best character
This is not a diss but sonic fox will run whatever broken shyt is in the game without a single fukk given. In fact, one of his strengths is his ability to analyze a game and find something overpowered extremely quickly (hes REALLY good at theorycrafting). Only time he will switch it up is if hes been dominating for a long time like when he changed MK mains after he bodied everyone with erron black or when he was trying to diversify by playing hit/beerus after already winning evo in dbfz

Punk isnt dependent on VT at all the problem is Punk is so vicious in the neutral and whiff punishing. He will legit reset to neutral after getting oki cause he knows Karin has some of the best buttons in the game. Its crazy how confident he is about it too. SFV’s push to more neutral play this season has made him scary.
He’ll hardly pop VT and when he does he hardly uses it (Look at VT2), rather using it for VReversal.
People picking Karin up after Punk’s wins are about to look foolish with her as a pocket character.
