Got the worst rated draft for this team in a 14 man league. Don't think the squads that bad with the talent spread :yeshrug:

Qb-Carson Palmer, Flacco
Rb-Gurley,Abdullah,Duke Johnson,Yeldon
Wr-Ty Hilton,Michael Floyd,Stefan Diggs,Mohammed Sanu
Te-Jordan Reed,Virgil Green

The rating lied because this is a squad in PPR or standard - especially in a 14 teamer

I maybe could have went for another very good rb instead of going TE a little early. I really was thinking about that but I think Reeds gonna beast

Out of Yeldon Johnson and and Abdullah hopefully one of them solidifies my 2nd starting rb

You'll have to watch waivers even if one of the 2nd RBs pops but overall you did well. Reed is almost on Gronk's level when healthy and Diggs is a solid flex. Palmer I'm not a fan of in football but for fantasy he should be good again with David Johnson catching passes and racking up yards in the open field.

Anyone have any idea on whats going on with Jamaal Charles? I took a serious reach and drafted him in the 2nd round. Wondering what others feel about his status this year? im hearing he hasn't even been announced as the starter.

Major knee injury + running game that barely missed a beat when he was off the field last year. I think he'll be ready for Week 1, but the days of him dominating 80% of the carries are behind him (like I mentioned above, you don't spend that kind of money on Ware and West for them to sit on the bench). At best, he'll be your between the 20s guy with Ware as the goal-line back.

Yeah now im regretting taking him in the 2nd round. Hopefully he surprises us both and has a great year. Being realistic though, i dont think thats going to happen. He did have a great year when he came off his first injury, but he was much younger then.

It's not as bad as it seems...there's a lot of question marks after the top 5 RBs this year. Shady's an injury risk, CJ Anderson's got a rookie QB and a semi-high draft pick RB behind him, Lacy bombed last year, etc. I just hope you snagged Ware as a handcuff.

Somebody snagged him up, I was only able to grab west as a back up. I have Chris Ivory on the bench but he's not behind that jets line any more. I think i'll be okay cause AP is my number 1 back - when I picked them both (AP and Charles) i looked at it like i could get one last run out of them. We'll see. I have brandon cooks, Golden tate, Edelmen and Crabtree as my recievers - Drew Brees as QB and Kelce as my tight end to round out starting rotation. I had the 7th pick. I think I can make some noise.

so i had a draft last night and picked from the #2 spot. 10 team PPR 14 rounds:

1. julio jones-wr
2. keenan alen-wr
3. alshon jeffery-wr
4. brandon cooks-wr
5. danny woodhead-rb
6. randall cobb-wr
7. duke johnson-rb
8. ryan matthews-rb
9. giovanni bernard-rb
10. philip rivers-qb
11. zach ertz- te
12. steven haushka-k(meant to pick him last, was drunk at this point)
13. tajae sharpe-wr(sleeper pick)
14. minnesota- defense

my plan was to use a zero-rb strategy. which means going receiver heavy and picking up backs in the mid rounds. since this is a ppr league, woodhead and bernard are going to see a lot of opportunities in the pass game, woodhead was a top 5 back in ppr last year too. i chose rivers to stack him with allen and get double points. ertz and ryan mattews in doug pederson's KC offense so we should see somthing similar to a jamal charles/kelce type production*crosses fingers*.

this was my frat league draft and some of my bruhs don't know wtf they're doing. the guy who came in last place last year had the #10 pick and chose big ben :mjlol:
