I think they subbing in Hela from Thor (Cate Blanchett) as Death in this story. Mephisto is a possibility tho.

Nobody knows yet. Mordo is a classic Strange villain but he seems to be a good guy in this movie. Mads Mikkleson is playing the bad guy but who he is hasn't been revealed yet.

Its been reported that Mads is playing a little known Strange villain called Kaecilius.
In the comics Kaecilius was an apprentice/lackey of Baron Mordo.
