SMH.. Went flawless on my Titan not using any of the guns above. I don't wear flawless emblems during trials, i don't use any of the 4 weapons you mentioned. Some guy joined my trials team and he said "you're really gonna use that gun?" Only exotic i had equipped was Truth. 4 rounds later the guy was like "hey where the hell you get that gun?" It was 3 on 1 and I 2 burst kill all 3 in a row, all headshots. Hopscotch Pilgrim is a top 5 weapon.

bro, i dont disagree... your obviously very skilled... but that doesnt negate anything i said... im talking about 2 players of EQUAL skill... one not using a top 4 and one using...

and honestly a properly rolled hopscotch pilgrim is stronger than red death, i should have included it in my list... but for yall to say on here, that weapons dont matter... and its all about skill... thats just not true.

i've been trying to get that gun. shyt is wayy better than messenger or red death.

nah i hear you... i would probably go with the pilgrim if handcannons got nerfed... ive been trying to reroll my pilgrim for weeks with outlaw, hand laid stock and hidden hand... no luck tho.

I swear people love slotting the Red Death lower than other Pulse Rifles, but I just don't see it.

It shoots faster and can 2 burst kill anyone if you hit the headshots. And.... You get your health back. It's the one gun that counters Thorn's devour perk.

The slower fire rate on the Messenger and Pilgram means Hand Cannon users can kill you before you land your last shot.

Is it worth jumping into the game still at this point?

Yes, if you like coop based games and multiplayer in FPS this game is still going strong and I don't see it slowing down anytime soon. The 60 price for everything and the new DLC that's dropping is a great value.

You will be a noob when you get it though. With gear and no clue how everything works, but if you have some buddies to run with it's

I'm in the same boat breh. My brother was testing the game out on 360 because we can play burned games, and it really is a dope game. I'm copping g the quad version when the new dlc drops

Yeah thats my one fear is that the games been out so long that everybody elses skill level will be ions better than someone just jumping now and the learning curve will be too steep.

Na... Hopscotch Pilgrim has higher impact, range, stability, etc without perks. Once you add all that stuff you'll see. What you're saying is like Invective is better than Party Crasher because it shoots faster, regens bullets, same range.. We all know thats not true

Red Death is really good. My top 5 in no order Thorn, TLW, Hawkmoon, Hopscotch Pilgrim, Red Death.

All im gonna say, is anytime i see an opposing team in trials not using Thorn or TLW... I know my team will win...

Its fine to say you can use any weapon you want and succeed in crucible and iron banner, thats because almost half of the players are simply unskilled...

when you get to the highest level of pvp play, and you are not using one of the top 4 pvp weapons (thorn, tlw, hawkmoon, red death)... You will always lose to a player who is equally skilled and using one of those weapons. Point blank period.

so we only do with other weapons cause the other players suck? lol aight man
