What's a topic that's more relevant in the arts and entertainment today? Covid has been done to death and he still covered that, Trans/LGBT/Womens Right's issues have taken the spotlight for years. Every 3rd article in most major publications are about those subjects, this is no different from comedians in the 2000s talking about the new thing Bush did or various news pieces

No idea, I’m just tired of it. There’s not many good comedians imo, not many good specials coming out and Dave is one the last few I can watch. For em right now it’s just Dave and Katt that still bring it.
I just think Dave has matured and came up with a form of comedy a lot people are just not gonna get or appreciate
To be fair, this style of comedy been used but it just weird coming out of Chappelle.
Like I said in the previous thread where he was talking about DaBaby, dude channeling his inner Bill Hicks which is going to go over folks heads because "RICK JAMES bytch!". Folks are not used to the whole conversation piece side of Dave, and expecting "JOKE JOKE FUNNY NOISE JOKE JOKE", side of Dave.

'They' tried to cancel/end his career over some comedy. Dave is just giving them that work/foot on neck special. If you cant take the heat stay out of the kitchen type of shyt.
