nah

its always online no offline mode and invasions happenn often especially with covenants

I killed atleast 20 ppl so far cause of the Wolf Covenant

sometimes another invader would join with me and it'd be 2on1

shyts real in the field.

There is an offline mode in the Options menu, but as long as you aren't "In flames" you won't be invaded. Even if you are, people who have summons take priority for invasions.

Wasting shards on every random cool weapon I saw, infusing trash tier weapons, wasting demon souls, killing npcs etc

You in phase 2?

You only need to hit the real one which casts purple magic. Switch you're armor to whatever has highest magic resist.

is there a controller i can use to play this?

on pc, when i connect my ps4 controller, the game stutters like shyt. I get 0-10 FPS. barely makes the game playable
