Exactly. They're becoming producers in their own right and the landscape has changed with all the media and new media platforms available to them i.e Netflix, YouTube, Amazon so they can and will make their mark. And this is what a lot of these people are missing. For those Black people who want to get into the creative sphere in general and filmmaking in particular, this is a big deal. They're not looking at the trickle down effect that this movie has.
Think about how many people they'll put on who will put on others....
- MBJ is adapting something for TV.
- Coogler is about to have blank checks for projects from here on out.
- Chadwick's ultimate goal is to write and direct.
- Black women can be seen in a different light for casting roles in future projects.
Think about how many people who were questioning how far they could go in those industries with their talents will be inspired to move forth.
I would've been chipping away at Lupita everyday on set
DolbySo what's the superior format to view this movie in Imax 3D, Imax 2D or RealD?
Reading up on the king awhile ago i saw that T'chakka was alive and that BP mom's died while he was young so why did they decide to switch that up for the movie universe? I dont mind cause angela basset is the ultimate strong black mother figure
To give T'Challa a purpose in his intro in Cap: Civil war.
Ultimately, this is the MCU not the comics. It is its own universe. Its insipired by the comics but neither are lockstep with each other. MCU BP-verse is quite different from the current Comic BP-verse.
Cool. I dont know much about the character so i want to get as much info bout the character that i can
