Nigeria is not Wakanda, though. Nigeria has never been closed off and isolated from the outside world. Bhutan is a better example of a country with the kind of history Wakanda is supposed to have. A society that has never been conquered and has been closed to outsiders for thousands of years should naturally be phenotypically homogeneous.

Exactly. The historical difference between Wakanda and practically all African countries is major, especially when it comes to isolationism (in terms of actually having an isolationist policy and enforcing it for as long as the Wakandans have done it).

I'm in a new town and can't find a decent and close comic shop.

When I was in GA, I had to go all the way to ATL, but, the spot was worth it. They would've had it. There was two spots in that area.

Someone mentioned Derek Luke, Derek Luke would make a great Wakandan. I'd cast him as M'Baku.

A few light skinned Wakandans are okay, just as long as they're not blatantly mixed looking (i.e. Gugu). The vast majority should be brown skinned and darker.

Malachi Kirby who played Kunta Kinte in Roots would be a good actor for Black Panther.

Wakanda is going to make Black Panther the most visually stunning comic book film ever.

you can preorder pretty much any comic at midtowncomics.com but they are slow as fukk with delivery...ordered the BP #2 variant on Monday it's supposedly been ready to ship since Tuesday and STILL hasn't shipped
