I agree. But at same time even if Biden was great on policy it would probably still be close.

I'm not convinced any amount of good policy is going to sway any of these Trump voters. People are motivated by race and social issues far more than policy. I hate that it's like that, but it is.

That's not the behavior of somebody believing they got that state in the bag. They losing PA and they know it.

PA had like 700000+ ballots left. I doubt it's for attention. They have to be open, inspected, signature verification then counted.
