Nah. He's just fortunate and brazen. He has nothing to do with winning the senate majority. Its just way too many conservative states. California should have more senators. Mitch eating off Montana, the Dakotas, Kentucky (small shythole), Iowa, Idaho, Wyoming. Who the fukk cares about these states? Shyt isnt even fair.

Doug Jones was a damn good senator and got blown out by a moron.

Nah Game is over. The officials are just taking a long time to review the last minute TD after Trump threw a penalty flag
Idk Breh.
I’m cautiously optimistic Biden will pull this out. I’m not convinced NV and AZ will swing his way.

Oh really? Cause 15$ minimum wage ballot initiative won in Florida but Biden lost. Strange how that works

It’s more nuanced than that. Dems have been proposing 15 dollar minimum wage for years.

It makes sense to everyone other than the wealthy and well off

that doesn’t mean racist are going to turn against trump cause you proposed it

Even if they don't, PA is almost 100% going for Biden. If anyone wants to ban bet me on that let's do it.

Biden is your next president. Again, just a matter of time and making it "official". Not even stressed about it anymore.

Point is, idk what u can do about the senate. Its just too many states where dems don't stand a chance.

Whenever a republican get elected, they dony even have to try to be bipartisan. But when we elect a democrat, they're forced to move right just because of the makeup of congress. A real problem for progress.

It honestly makes you sit back and wonder how much power does the president actually have? There’s always a position for everything, and you need to clear proper channels to get anything done. And if one person doesn’t like you, or wakes up on the wrong side of the bed, then nothings getting done that day.

Biden can do what trump did. Having a acting "insert title here". He does not need to confirm ANYONE with the senate

That looks more like voters turning on Trump and Biden being satisfactory than anything. His pitch was winning those suburbs and the overall vote by larger margins and that’s what we were all led to believe and that didn’t happen to the extent of the hype. That’s not inspiring. That looks like with Trump off the ballot those suburban areas flip back and who knows if black people will hate someone enough to show up to save us. Remember, these are states Obama won cleanly just 8 years ago, so the pool of votes is there. Democrats have to figure that formula of doing that out.

Doesn't this take for granted Obama's appeal? Just as likely he was an extraordinary candidate and campaigner, whose performance will be difficult to replicate.

Even these moderate gains, were hardly guaranteed when Biden won the primary. I remember tons of posters claiming that there was no chance Biden would win back the Midwest/the election overall.

I dont think its guaranteed that Bernie/Warren would have won Michigan by this margin:
