i'm not worried about expanding the court at this point i'm worried about them not going far enough and still paying a political price. like the ben nelsons and leibermans forcing the dem caucus to weaken health care reform in exchange for their votes because it has to be conciliatory to show the voters back home that they aren't radicals and then all the moderates still got washed out.
