One of my friends has been in the oilfield for a long time in Louisiana. He mostly works with good ol' boys and get to talking about how Dems are going to shut down the oil business and what not. I always have to step out how that transition away from oil is the best thing for the future of the country and how that shyt ain't happening overnight. Also, oil ain't going nowhere, just like coal hasn't completely died out. We will still have use for it, but we can't continue to use it the way we have been and sustain our level of energy usage.

After 2018, the political environment is clearly different from 2016.
The only Southern states we looking at are North Carolina and Florida. Biden's winning Virginia; the rest

I live in the South too breh and I'll say this. His collapse in the suburbs people mention is real. Its very stark in my city. The suburbs are on one side of town while the more "economically depressed" area is on the other side of town. During 2016, I saw Trump signs on both sides of towns with regularity and rarely saw a Clinton sign. This year, the suburban area has a ton of Biden signs, no Trump sign in sight. However, on the "economically depressed" area with dive bars, cheap strip mall joints, Walmart, and one level houses I see Trump signs.
This is why this dude is freaking out about "protecting the suburbs" because they probably are seeing his collapse in these areas across the country. I can confirm that I see it myself in my city.
