the dems need to explicitly grab and maintain power for the long term between 2020-2022. that means;
-ending the filibuster to pass a popular stimulus that the country loves
-then passing a voting rights act
-then making DC a state for 2 more dem senators
-then adding 2 more judges
if they dont do those things, they probably just arent worth voting for anymore

The Dems need to add AT LEAST four Supreme Court justices, and should really go to like 10 or 12. If you want to make the court less partisan, you need more justices.

There is ZERO justification for more than two judges ...Anything more than two judges is a power grab which will open up the flood gates where in the future we could end up with more SCOTUS judges than Senators...
I'd tread lightly here and stick to what you can justify...

And unless I am missing something, the Republicans just enacted a power grab to take over the court. Correct the wrong and as I said earlier, adding 10 seats ends the waiting for someone to die issue we have. The more seats, the less partisan each battle is.
