Can I get a source on this? What issues and policies is he to the left of Warren on? She has proposed breaking up the largest, most powerful monopolies in the country and forcing large corporations to adhere to federal corporate citizenship regulation and have 40% of their board be represented by workers. If that's not democratizing capital, I would love to see Bernie's plan to do more.
He’s a socialist... she’s a capitalist :dwillhuh:

She was also a republican through the mid 90’s.

Bernie has been preaching this shyt for 40 years. It’s not even debatable. Warren herself would admit Bernie’s to the left of her.

What are the socialist policies that Bernie is advocating for in this campaign that Liz isn't?

Biden is only tied with Bernie because of Black Baby Boomers and older Generation X folks. They almost never ask anybody younger than 50 what we think. lol

Bernie had a huge turn out in San Diego:

Bernie's stump speech is improving

Aerial sunset photo of the Bernie Sanders rally in San Diego. 6000 people there.

Let's just say Bernie wins. Like realistically what's gonna happen when he tries to push for stuff? He is threatening billions in profits that would no longer be available to the wealthiest entities in the entire world. do ya'll not see a scenario where it doesn't get super ugly? private sector will pull some fukkery?

They're going to pay out the ass to keep him out of office, but once he's in office there's really nothing they can do. What pressured Clinton in the 90's and Obama with the ACA to avoid going full bore onto single payer, free at point of access insurance was they were terrified of losing the insurance money and even more terrified of the insurance industry pouring (or in the case in the 90's them actually pouring money into opposition which is the first large scale case of this happening) money to keep the status quo. But given that this is a stated and dedicated policy position AND that Bernie is almost assuredly not going to run for a second term and thus has no need to even tacitly consider the electoral game, this is really the only candidate to chose. Not only because he's the strongest on the position, but because he's in the best position of anybody to actually effect it.

Now, this relies on the Dems doing a lot of things that they might not want to do. Court expansion, DC and PR statehood, killing the filibuster, etc etc. But Bernie is literally the only one that is in perfect position for this.

i dont necessarily expect anything but at the same time, i think we will get the best we possibly can, I mean the private sector didnt want to do what FDR did either, although FDR being apart of the elite class himself, he may have had more leverage to get things done. for sure the private sector is gonna pull massive fukkery.

Not included is a clip of him saying "Incrementalism is Medicare for All" which I love.

I agree with him. Nowadays an insurance company has more rights than your doctors.

For example, I can't have an MRI done on my spine and I need it because my insurance company denied me to get one. Nobody should have that much power over your doctor except the patient. :francis:

Breh I literally had to pay the $1K out of pocket for a spinal x-ray to prove I had a lower spine injury :francis: And my workplace coverage is supposed to be "good".

I'm just thankful neither of my kids have chronic health problems, I have a coworker who literally could not functionally live but paycheck to paycheck in a relatively stable job for the first five years of his sons life because of health complications that don't fall under the coverage umbrella.

Nobody should have to fukking crowdfund staying alive. Human dignity is not something we should make optional for only those with extreme means.
