While there is a great deal of manipulation going on the mainstream media, it may be time to admit that America just isn't culturally ready for a real progressive like Bernie. It may take the baby boomer population to die out in order to move forward as a country. The only way I ever see progressive ideas actually being passed is through massive grassroot movements or some huge calamity that shakes people out of their old ways of thinking.
