Like I said earlier black folk are progressive on race and conservative on everything else.. That shyt Bernie was selling black folk new it would not have benefited him and couple that with Bernie lumping black folk in with Latinos and the like when confronted directly about addressing the needs of the AA community he calling us people of color..
bmg, STOP LYING . we have given you factual evidence of how those policies that bernie has been promoting would clearly help black people. and yet you still come in here with your bad faith argument about what black folks think.

if black folks think what you just said. they are surely low info voters, because that means they know nothing of the policies bernie is putting out there and how it actually would assist them. you can't say bernie's policies wouldnt assist them so i'll go with joe biden who has never assisted black people with policies. STOP IT. you're making zero sense. and agaiin, any black person repeating you bad faith talking points do not have the info they should about these candidates. and that is why they are therefore low info voters. you can throw white people as well. same low info voters.

just because a politician says the word black and not "people of color" doesnt mean he's or she is going to actually do any of those things especially when these people have a track record of harming black people. so just giving you a buzzword to feel good like saying "african american plan of action" or "the douglas plan" or whatever else is out there. yall have to stop allowing simple buzz words make you believe in candidate without any proof them riding for you. or any proof that they would ever push the policies they are suggesting.

God, you guys are depressing.

BIden was left for dead. No money. Campaign running on fumes.

He managed to come back.

Bernie isnt close to where Biden was. He can come back too, if he makes the right choices.
I mean, Biden was in that position when only 3 states voted and none that were in his strongest demographic. Bernie is in this position after losing 9 states including some that he had no business losing.

I'm a Sanders supporter, but the comparison is apples and oranges. Bernie is in a much more dire situation, especially with no debate between now and tomorrow and the polls looking bad for him

you are correct we are depressing because we always knew that bernie really didnt stand a chance vs EVERYONE. i mean he may be able to take on corporate media. but not them and the entire dnc. its just too much to handle when you have a voting block that is super low informed thanks to corporate media. you can't ask your mother or grand mother to start watching "the hill" on youtube. its too late.

Biden was left for dead and he would've remained dead by the DNC and Corporate media all consolidated to resurrect Biden while also pushing out bernie. Name me the corporate media sources and the DNC like group that will consolidate behind bernie and boost him up while destroying biden? they dont exist.

Remember this is not about winning more delegates. Bernie always had to blow out the runner up or he would lose it to the super delegates. there's no way he gets that Winning threshold at this point to keep the super deles off the vote. this is why its over even if he ends up with the most votes. i know it, and so do you. he's running for the movement. this is to encourage younger politicians or people to jump in.

I'm not depressed really.

Deflated a little? I don't see how you can't be after ST. But I been ready for a scrap this whole time and that's what we're in for. We ride until we can't and then it's on to contingency plans.

I have a deep respect for Bernie and all that he has put on the line, sinking into depression right now would be doing him a disservice. Even if gets the nom and even takes the white house the fight would just be beginning.

#notmeus can't just be a twitter mantra. Win lose or draw we gonna have to stand on our square and fight for his vision like he has fought for us. Of course we all want it to to be him...especially given the circumstances and choices we have left but this is bigger than him as an individual and his campaign and however it shakes out..all that he has done won't be for naught.

This has nothing to do with what I said or the conversation we were having about Warren's lack of black support. Biden won black support in the states he won while promising nothing. The results had nothing to do with whether voters believed Bernie or not. 47% of SC voters chose Biden because of the Clyburn endorsement and it was late decision making that went to Biden.
