I certainly didn't see the consolidation from the establishment wing coming this quick. I have to think Bernie's team was prepared for a post Super Tuesday plan of attack against the next contender.

Nothing that can't be rectified going forward.

I guess Biden's stunning weakness in Iowa and New Hampshire as well as the big W in Nevada must have caused too much comfort.

ALSO, I wonder how many people even fukking realize that Pete and Amy dropped out. Real talk. We're political nerds on here so we know, and the Twitter-sphere knows. But yesterday was a week day and Amy didn't drop out until later in the day. A lot of people were at work and may have no watched the news last night.

I mean I know Pete and Amy weren't getting a ton of votes, but I'd like to see how many people today cast ballots for people they don't realize aren't even in the race anymore.

Biden just took a huge leap in the Morning Consult poll that came out 10 minutes ago....Here's the problem, Democratic primary voters and party hacks love their major figures(Biden, Clinton, Pelosi, Obama).

That's why the party is able to close ranks like this and voters follow. The GOP couldn't pull anything like this off in 2016 because their establishment party leaders are despised by voters(McCain, Romney, Jeb Bush). Their voters are more likely to revolt.

Biden going from the teens to 36% in 48 hours in one poll is crazy to me.

Imagine being eaten alive (easily one of the worst ways to die, as bears don't kill you first and they often just pin you down and slowly chew on you) and being worried about your fukking medical bills. Richest country in the world though, right? A beacon of hope and democracy for everyone, right?

Ryan Grim always assumes Warren has the best intentions. Cenk, Emma and Sam Seder have the same problem as well which is part of why we're in this mess. This article is dangerous because you have to look at the voter crossover appeal from a state to state basis. If Warren was out, we'd be winning Colorado, Mass and California by massive margins. We'd be in the 40's in Cali.
