Two bits of I'm interested in are the Bloomberg effect and then whether or not Bernie's broader operations and canvassing can help him peel off some of the of the Buttigeig and Klobuchar support in his direction rather than Biden's. That second one might be a long shot with the endorsements those two handed Biden, but Bernie appearing present via his volunteers might help. Also Pete had more young support than I expected and a bit of LGBT support right? Bernie tracks well with those two demos...but I'm just fishing for optimism.
Also...I wonder if there's any way to track how those two dropping out impacts turnout...if some people stay home instead of voting.

The problem is that we need to win by a lot. or at least, it will be much harder for them to steal the nomination at the convention of we win decisively. If Biden makes things closer then it's going to be more plausible when they fukk around at the convention with that super delegate bullshyt.

i think we just need to get out the south and try our best to stay above ground. I bet biden will only win states he has no chance of winning in the general (aka red states in the south). If we can make it outta there, we should be in a better position.

i'm definitely entering tonight with caution but don't trip too much about Nate Silver's model. It's honestly out of wack until tomorrow. It had Bernie winning states by margins that really overestimated him after Iowa. Biden definitely has some momentum but it's swinging too much in his favor imo.
If Biden pulls off Texas without any organizing until the day before, while Bernie's team spent millions, it really proves campaign infrastructure (calls, texting, canvassing) doesn't mean shyt and that earned media narrative is the undisputed kingmaker in politics.
So before the campaign sends me another email about canvassing for the millionth time, maybe use some of that 50 million dollars to go to the press with some useful surrogates? You got Julian Castro lying his ass off on MSNBC for Warren but hey he's doing his job. Yeah I get that we are at a disadvantage institutionally but maybe this 1v1 with Biden will make it happen.

I certainly didn't see the consolidation from the establishment wing coming this quick. I have to think Bernie's team was prepared for a post Super Tuesday plan of attack against the next contender.
