Again, that would cause him to lose. President Mike Pence. Rigged 2020 census, resources diverted away from urban areas to the redneck domains. Trump court appointees guarantee permanent gerrymandering, Dems NEVER hold congress again. Chance of reparations happening drops to zero.
Reparations has to be stealthy, just like the long list of things Obama did for black people that TLR ignores hard as fukk each time it's posted.
I know he's a typical looking old white dude politician but as someone informed with policy/politics there isn't a better candidate that lines up with the values of the down trodden, the discriminated against, the minority, etc. than Bernie Sanders. And it isn't even close.

The goal is to push the idea forward the way Bernie has done socialism.
Bernie was f*cked by Dems last election but his message(s) has shape this election.
Focusing on who can win shouldn’t be the objective... moving the discussion and country closer to redress, and reprieve for African Americans should be the top priority for any self respecting African American.
Uplifting everyone(m4a, free college, etc.) including the cacs who have shytted on us for centuries should be a distant second.
Hopefully you’re cac savior Bernie gets on board.
The real political war isn't white vs black, gay vs straight, man vs woman, etc. etc. it's the wealthy class/the establishment vs everybody else. And they do everything they can so we don't come together and protest/vote/unionize/etc. as one. (as whites, black, latino, female, male, disabled, healthy, working class, poor, immigrant, etc. etc.). They have the wealth and power we have the people (our strength is in numbers when we come together as one).
Keep pushing their message of divisiveness--instead of solidarity--to your own detriment bra. The same thing has been going on since the beginning of US history and ALL working class/poor folks have suffered as a result.

Shift our focus to economic class injustice, do nothing to meaningfully change/address these injustices, and label anyone who outs them as divisive...

Anyhow, I think I was cooler with Bernie and AOC before than I am now, mainly because of the new green deal.
That thing is a fukkin stupid piece of nonsense.
It's the dumbest thing i've ever read about, and Bernie is a co-sponsor.
Firstly the new green deal infers it is all about climate change, ok cool i'm down with that, climate change requires immense attention now.
Then all this other nonsense becomes part of the new deal, nonsense meaning things that has nothing to do with climate change.
I mean how about some focus here, you will gain more support, obviously....
They bundled all these social programs that has nothing to do with climate change in there.
And they included puerto rico, which yes requires attention but in it's own initiative even though climate change had a hand in that disaster.
But not only that, did you know that at first the new green deal included that govt. would guarantee a minimum income for people that were UNWILLING TO WORK?
Then later AOC's team removed that from the website.
