If y’all really think turning Liz Warren into an enemy of of progress is the approach that will win Bernie the White House and actually enact his policies, god bless ya.

I find it quite ironic that the man’s campaign slogan is literally “Not Me, Us” but apparently anyone who is not Bernie is unacceptable.
Nobody is saying this lmao. I'm just one person on the internet. she's better than the entire field.....except bernie.

And the Not Me, US shyt is a plan that doesn't rely on just electoralism. It means he would use his position to organize mass civil action to help pass his agenda. Warren isn't doing that. She's a Harvard lawyer and is gonna govern with top down bureaucracy.

Man, y'all are aware Bernie is running for President of the United States, right? It's by definition a bureaucratic position. He is going to be governing, literally, in a top-down manner. And that's a good thing! If he refused to do so, it should be considered disqualifying. Imagine entering the most powerful office in the land and just refusing to utilize its tools because you have a naive commitment to eschewing a heirarchical power structure. This is what we mean when we talk about Democrats refusing to wield power. What we need is someone to use all the tools and powers of the bureaucratic state to create progressive change from the top-down, while also having bottom-up activism pushing progressive change at that level. So I don't view Warren talking about how she actually plans to utilize the levers of the office of the presidency, in all its administrative and bureaucratic machinations, as a bad thing because that's ultimately what the Presidency is about. I encounter this fear and rejection of bureaucratic power and competence from Bernie supporters quite often and it's very concerning.

There are things that can be done via executive order and Bernie has said that he intends to do those things. Other things have to go through Congress and if they are obstructing the president can't force them to pass things. What he can do is put pressure on them and if he can show that the constituency in an area is organized in favor of something that is the pressure that can change votes.

Killer combo on deck!!! Saagar prolly took last week off to prep steel his mind against the temptations of Bernie's pitch when he's not being straw manned.

So they get the big Bernie interview and immediately follow it with John Delaney interviewed and lying about Bernie backing off his M4A proposal unchallenged because Krystal isn't there to call BS. Her replacement is absolute garbage.

Uncertain grounds
I have a question that might not have an answer yet but i want to ask anyway

I have a college degree with no loans. Im looking into changing careers and maybe getting another bachelors degree in something different but i would need to take out loans.

Would bernies plan knock out my loans or allow me to have a free shot at another degree? Or is it just for non degree holders?

MSNBC has been in panic mode all day due to one poll.

That Zerlina Maxwell clip is exactly why I posted this a couple days back. It's predictable but still really frustrating.

So for those keeping score Bernie's released fairly detailed plans (Certain Warren heads would be losing their minds amping em) for:
- Criminal Justice Reform - Bernie Sanders’s criminal justice reform plan, explained
- Empowering the Labor Movement - Bernie Sanders’s ambitious plan to double union membership, explained
- Green New Deal - How Bernie Sanders would address climate change

And his M4A bill that some journalists tried to claim he'd altered is still perfectly in tact.
- Fact check: Did Bernie just backtrack on Medicare for All?

So if you care about reading policies and looking into the details, it's been a really good couple of weeks for Bernie. He's pushed out ambitious proposals that all give power to the electorate rather than the donors. I really feel like unbiased coverage of these bills would turn a lot of voters out; but they tried to twist the labor plan into an attack on his M4A bill...so I don't expect much fair coverage and they'll probably downplay the fact that he went deep on detail with a lot of this (which bothers me because the detailed policy thing is a valid reason to like Warren but Bernie doesn't get his due when he does the same).

I'ma start throwing some of his plans into the primary thread itself when I get a chance because his actual plans do not get coverage or attention unless they're being misrepresented in a tweet that the HL propaganda agent can throw in to attack him.
