I imagine because the franchise doesn't have much else to expand on(besides a sequel story which would have to be cosigned by Yam)

They had to milk these final moments of the series


AOT isn't like the DB, One piece or Naruto franchises where it has games, new movies, TV shows, coming out and all sorts a new things you hear about.

At this point it's pretty much just this anime.

Content is sparse for the franchise now

I think the stretching it out slowed the momentum down. It's still a classic but I know people who had no interest in anime who watched the first 2 seasons but then dropped off because of the wait.


Obviously it's still huge but it would have been even bigger I believe.

Like I said in the general anime thread. Mappa did their job. From a visual standpoint animation, choreography, etc was great. Theres only so much you can improve if the writing in this part of the manga is wack.

fukk calling this GOAT anime. This was as good as any other TV show I’ve seen.

My only nitpick is the Falco flying ability. That could have been foreshadowed a bit better, but I guess it’s in the name.

I told her I don’t give a damn if it ain’t Dragon Ball series(cept for trash gt) related but she insisted and I’m thankful for that.
I opened up cuz of my love for her.


However she got her one anime/manga introduction it won’t be happening again
