The notch is one of those things you notice more when you're an observer rather than an owner.

Before I owned the phone I loathed it. In less than 24 hours of owning it my attitude was meh whatever. I'm surprised how fast I became indifferent to it.

The notch is part of Apple's branding. Next year on we will be stuck with it. People really do notice you have an X when they see it too at a distance.

This was my experience seeing it in the wild, I immediately knew what it was in a single glance.

You can get one of those mpow transmitters and an fm transmitter. That aux part comes off so you can plug the fm into the mpow which pairs Bluetooth to the phone.
