Really feeling this dark mode in iOS 13. I also like how I can finally download anything from the browser now and actually save it to my phone and not the cloud and the phone if that makes sense.

I wish I could incorporate that into apps better like actually getting deep into the file system, but I’m content right now.

It also feels faster than iOS 12 on my X which is amazing. It honestly feels like I could keep this device for 3 more years.

I figure they're going to open up the OS (or at least a user files area which is what 99% of people would need) soon. Makes no sense not to given the direction they're going.

If your phone gets stolen, can anyone just take out your SD card and put it in another phone and read the data on it? Or does it automatically get encrypted when you set it up for the first time?

I dont have it encrypted so it would be accessible. But no one is stealing my phone unless they kidnap me in a strange turn of events.

They also released the 13.1 beta for all 11 models. For those of you who bought a new phone but hopped on the 13.1 beta on your old phone, this means you can restore all your stuff to your new phone without waiting for 13.1 to officially release next week.

You just have to backup your old phone (that’s on 13.1), install the beta profile on your new phone, reboot and you’ll be updated to the 13.1 beta on your new phone. Finally, just restore your old phone’s backup to your new one.

You can still do it if I’m not mistaken. You just have to long press instead of doing the pressurized press.
