I'm using flash in ics+ browser from the market and it works. I downloaded flash from the market before the announcement of not being available for jellybean though.

I was running my galaxy nexus in ICS browser with flash working as well...on a jellybean rom.

I think the main problem with smartphones is that dudes don't realize just how much they're doing on the phone. The phones be lasting so long that they don't realize all that on and off on and off Facebooking, Tweeting, Instagraming takes a toll on the battery.

This is why it's important to pay attention to those graphs

I am constantly on and off fb or texting or browsing. So yeah I can see that. Like today i spent 1 straight hr on the internet browsing while at CIF.

I use Juice Defender ultimate. I don't know if that helps you. As my battery life is shyt. But I'm on mines.

Don't use anything. It doesn't help anything. Android memory management has been fine post-froyo.
