“Please don’t sit next to me, please don’t sit next to me, please don’t sit next to me...........fukk.”

I’d just find another seat after the stretch of trailers. Ain’t trying to deal with any of that.

Theater-going life.....we byke :mjcry:
I saw Wrath of Man last tuesday and theater was empty, just me and my boys :mjcry: I'm not ready for the flood of troglodytes for these blockbusters

I guess I should’ve rewatched the first one before I saw this newer one. When it started I was confused asf because I thought JK died in the first one so then I thought maybe they were doing a time jump to the past but then later on it seemed like it was a continuance of the first movie. :wtf:

Then it jumps to Emily Blunt alone with her children so I was like what the fukk. Then she runs into Cillian Murphy’s character, but yet they had just all been together at the little league game. The whole first 20-30 minutes was just confusing lol. I guess I shoulda been paying closer attention.

I see some of y’all saying it was dumb not to close the garage door.. :heh:did y’all not see these fukking aliens? They tear the roofs off houses and demolish em. Closing a door isn’t gonna do a damn thing, they just rip walls apart like it’s nothing.

Ending felt kinda abrupt. Overall it was aight. Worth checking out in a theater.
It clearly stated Day 1 and then Day 434.

Movie was dope and on par with the first one imo. They need to make a prequel for the trilogy.

It was our first time in the theaters since the pandemic and they were not prepared:snoop:

We went to an EVO that brings your food/drink to your seat and they brought out food out hella late. Will have to see what the Santikos has to offer on the next one.

I always wonder how they managed to do that in shorter films. Most get the food at the 60 minute mark. Which is over half way for this film.

As a woman, I knew what was happening right away. I do think its interesting you're trying to blame it on your girl and her gender when in your original post you said you had trouble following along.:skip:
My bad, forgot you a lady. No disrespect. I dont remember posting that I had a problem following along tho. :jbhmm:

Watched it today, and half of my party thought it was trash.:francis:

I liked it though, gave me strong The Last of Us vibes. I enjoy this take on an alien invasion, such a larger than life event took place, but the way it all happened allows for smaller stories to be told, and yet still have a huge impact on their world.
Really solid movie, excited for Part III.
