Hype is a hilariously wrong term to use on a film like this. It is good but not in a conventional way. Like
@Jello Biafra said, it more or less tracks people without a permanent home who live in vans and mobile homes and go from seasonal job to seasonal job. The sense of community they have amongst one another, the lifestyle and its own set of lifestyle problems. It doesn't judge, it doesn't pretend it's awesome, it doesn't make a point, it just presents a subculture that reflects a part of American society and history.
