Why would the owners then want Zion in NO when Ja in New Orleans could accomplish the same thing?

Pels are a bottom rung franchise. Terrible attendance and a shyt tv contract. They cannot survive without a name that rings bells. Ja Morant doesn't move the needle. And the NBA owes the Bensons for buying that franchise from them.

Im sure your next question "Wouldn't the NBA want zion in NY?" They did. That was the original plan. But they didn't expect Klutch/Lakers to fumble the Davis trade or the Bensons to completely refuse to help the Lakers (Personal theory is that the Bensons were still mad about the Super Bowl and helping another LA team for "the sake of the League" was a sensitive spot for them).

lottery picks are crazy valuable now

its just having a fukkery ticket, teams gonna be so hesitant to move them now
1 is untouchable
2 is "crazy valuable"
3 has some value to certain teams

After that the rest of the lottery picks arent anything close to "crazy valuable." Crapshoot basically.

The stoop with dat dope fanny padding
Tatum to me wouldn't be a negative to a deal (the picks other than Memphis' would, I hate this draft personally). it's all up to what Griffin prefers. I wouldn't trade AD to NY or LA anyway. I don't think Griffin wants to tie his hopes to Dallas being trash 2-4 years from now and I wouldn't entertain what the Knicks have outside of Robinson.

Kyrie is most likely gone

And you don’t trade Tatum for the small chance Davis stays when it’s clear he wants to go to the Lakers in free agency next year

I think unless something drastically changes with Kyrie, it’s safe to say Boston is out on Davis unless they can do it and keep Tatum and brown which is unlikely

You wrote all that but ignore there’s no chance NO is trading him to the lakers after this past season and all the bullshyt

Why wouldn't they?

When you distill their chief complaint it was anger at the NBA wanting them to fukk up the Pels to help the Lakers. Pels need all the star power they can get, without spending a shytton of cap.

Zion fixes that problem. And a trade with LA gets Zion a young core to grow with.

the lottery being more of a crapshoot is why lottery picks now have more value

we just watched 3 teams jump into the top 4. I sure as hell dont wanna move my lotto pick now without serious protections

This was the most fukkery filled, entertaining lottery I ever watched. Just read through this thread :russ: shyts hilarious. nikkas mad talmbout dudes going to trash teams. Isn’t that the point of the lottery? for bad teams to get new talent? :umad: JJJ and Morant is a good duo of young talent which we haven’t had in forever. Grizz have been better than Knicks, suns, pelicans, lakers the past couple of years. Hopefully ownership can get it right.
Thread was JOKES:laff:
