Zion cannot go to new orleans. Pull an eli manning or steve francis

His brand is too large for that market

Breh that’s nonsense.

The top players in the league currently play in NO, Toronto, Milwaukee, Portland, Oakland, Houston, Oklahoma City, and Lebron spent most of his career in Cleveland.

Y'all are forgetting:

Silver works for the owners.

The Pels are a money pit that the Bensons bought as a favor to the NBA, more than anything.

The Pels were pissed because they're already a struggling team and Klutch manipulating things behind the scenes was salt in the wound. As long as they had no leverage, they weren't going to help "the rich get richer" and trade AD to the Lakers/Lebron.

The NBA NEEDS the Lakers to succeed next year. Lebron is their money maker. Lakers have no resources to compete ATM. Davis gets them in title consideration. And Davis no longer wants the burden of leadership on a shytty franchise.

So...they rigged it. NOLA gets Zion which keeps that team afloat while Davis leaves. Everybody wins. Lebron gets a running mate. NBA gets a relevant Lakers team led by Lebron. NOLA gets their next great star and a young cast to build around.

Why would the owners then want Zion in NO when Ja in New Orleans could accomplish the same thing?

What happened to your user name?

Let's be real, you're not keeping Hayward on the bench forever. Either him or Brown are being benched for Tatum at the 3 or Tatum's playing the 4. Something has to give there.

Tatum can play the four and he might, but his best position is as a small forward unless he bulks up big time. Just because he plays the four in Boston doesn’t mean David griffin isn’t smart enough to know what position he should play.

As far as Hayward, it’s too early to say his role but most likely Boston will keep him and hope he can rebuild his value next year instead of attaching multiple 1sts to him this offseason to get rid of his contract.

Tatum to me wouldn't be a negative to a deal (the picks other than Memphis' would, I hate this draft personally). it's all up to what Griffin prefers. I wouldn't trade AD to NY or LA anyway. I don't think Griffin wants to tie his hopes to Dallas being trash 2-4 years from now and I wouldn't entertain what the Knicks have outside of Robinson.
