Do I need to rewatch all of D.Craigs bonds for this? Like, which Bonds are connected to this story. Just wanna know if I need to re watch any films
Just watch all of Craig if you feel like you really need to. His story is a retconned and totally unnecessary five movie arc lol

I thought that made it more worth it
This Bond went through so much and all he wanted to do was relax and be in love and he realized that wasnt possible. After all the death defying shyt it was only a matter of time death caught up to him. It really was a "time" for him to die (pun intended)
Gonna go tomorrow so I may only have time to watch 1 movie tonight and 1 tomorrow morning. So the last to should suffice, right? I mean I've seen them all but vaguely remember everything
Bond in the books is always obsessed with his own mortality and knowing his time is finite. Always worried about the next mission and whether he'll survive and how much time he has left.
In the movies, they took that and combined it with a guy who wanted out of the job as soon as he got the job. he's always looking for an exit because he wants something else. that's also true to the book.

so with this ending is this the birth of 007 = JAMES BOND making anyone who becomes 007 also using James Bond as their code name?
Seems like it since they were dropping hints through the move about the 007 not being retired.
I hope they don't reboot the entire franchise because the supporting characters are all so good (M, Q, Moneypenny, etc) and I wouldn't want those characters to forget Craig's James Bond when they introduce a new one.
Craig's picture should be on the wall right beside Judy Dench's M.

Everything will be rebooted. this version of James Bond wasn't a codename. he had a whole arc with casino Royale and the other films. 007 is the codename but James Bond isn't. they're going to recast James Bond and everyone I bet since everyone is confused.
