hit 2x145 MP, 2x405 DL, and 2x265 BP this past week/weekend. squatting tonight, would really like to get closer to 315 by sept. getting there brehs, feeling good too. no shoulder pain although dips have been giving me a weird elbow "crackling/popping." not that it's painful, just a weird feeling. who knows. looking back now i just wish i would taken the damn cortisone shot my first doctor visit when he offered it. i wasted the first 6 weeks of the summer doing PT which helped zero and if anything made the pain worse. fukk it, maybe i'll actually make decent shape for new years in miami.
