He wants them to become effective in THAT way....

You can fight it if you want to, but I doubt you have the stamina to see that battle to its end. Its best to work within the system and change it from the inside with skill, than to work from the outside and try to brute force your way into things.

Obama controls a 2 billion dollar budget for ads for the armed forces (Navy, army, Marines, and air force) and he's given essentially none of the money to black owned media companies.

If he cared about black people, he would have made sure black owned radio stations, magazines, newspapers, and websites received some of those advertising dollars.

But he's a closeted homosexual so nothing he does surprises me.
