:pachaha:

17 year old Kobe would have no problem dominanting today's Summer League. 96 had very few teens playing in Summer League.
dominate :mjlol:
you're not even speaking rational. that shyt was literally a glorified try out. kobe didnt even get consistent minutes until the year after his rookie year because the jump in the level of talent was above what he could handle
lets not bring up kobe airballing in the playoffs.
be realistic.

Irrational? So Kobe would struggle against these weak azz niccas who the majority would be aroung his age? His peers. Teens:russ:

Kobe didn't get consistent minutes because he came in league in 96 not 2019. He came to a league with grown azz men and was playing on a playoff team with vets. Where were all the other teens at? They weren't playing in the NBA. Kobe was the first perimeter player EVER to come out of high school straight to the NBA. Different era homeboy. You had to pay your dues especially if you were drafted by a playoff team with championship aspirations. Look what old school B Scott tried to do with DLO his rookie year on a sorry azz team.

Be realistic. RJ at 18 is not on Kobe at 17 skill level.

I hope Barrett works out for you guys because I believe he's Jamaican so as a fellow Jamaican I'll root for the guy.

But the way he has looked this summer league.

Just looks bad and his talent is not shining through

Iggy is looking like the better talent based off summer league alone.

The Knicks culture has always been going from scapegoat to scapegoat.

Y'all scapegoated and destroyed Melo (would have been better off going somewhere else) last and if RJ sucks then

Hopefully he's just out of shape or something?

Y'all cursed. :mjlol:

boy shut the hell up.
world destroyer kobe bryant and his rights were traded for in the nba lottery dominating great talent in 1996 unorganized summer league ball should have been getting 20+ minutes a game from jump
fact of the matter is.... he wasnt ready yet. he wasnt ready for consistent high level play until his 3rd year....just like most nba players.
nobody in their right mind should be comparing kobe to rj regardless. you kobe stans are weirdos and try to shove this man into shyt for no reason.

For the sake of basketball please build around Knox

I’ve been saying Barrett was overrated since high school. Never had a skill set, was just always physically stronger than everyone. Now that everyone is the same size, he can’t even be productive.

He also needs to fire Drew Hanlen immediately

Your fellow delusional Knick fan brought of Kobe, ma'am.

Fact of the matter is...it looks like RJ aint ready yet for the consistent low level of Summer League. Maybe his 3rd game?

Breh is right hand dominant when he dribbles but he shoots left handed? I had to google that after watching his highlights. He's comfortable dribbling and finishing with both hands it seems, and has a good feel on offense too. I might've slept on Iggy coming out of the draft...

Researched him on draft night and was impressed by his tape...dude is relentless and works for everything he gets. What surprised me last night however was his handles, hops, and creativity near the basket.

Knicks should just acquire 2nd round picks from now on, lol.
