NYC congestion preceded rideshare companies. The city is too accessible via public transport for congestion to actually make sense. “Progressive swindler shyt” is an interesting way to categorize congestion pricing. How long did you think it was going to be viable for bumper to bumper traffic to be the norm?
What about the quality of life for people who LIVE in the congestion zones? Do you think they deserve to live in poor air quality, have their parking contested by outsiders, or to deal with the noise congestion brings?
