This will of course hurt the low income NYC as always....it ain't gonna mean shyt to the billionaires with their personal drivers this will just free up more space for them. NY been making life harder and harder for low income folks.....shyt is sickening 
She had these crazy radio ads about gun control, just spewing nonsense. They’re really unhappy that the Supreme Court ruled the laws unconstitutional. I don’t wanna vote republican, but they just be doing the most.

How can he repeal it? It's state law, not federal.
So basically it's gonna be buses, taxis, and ubers/lyfts in the streets during the day. I'm assuming they get a hefty discount if they get charged at all.

Everybody is getting charged.
They cut it from 15 to 9 and they removed the planned surge days. We knew it was coming somehow, it was never going to go away completely once we reached this far.
