You heard right. It is farmed and you are what you eat eats.

I’ve filmed commercials at those so called ‘wild caught tuna and salmon’ spots. I’m not trying to sound high and mighty, but for anyone eating any fish in a can (and for that matter at least 50% at the market).

The shyt is like a massive bullpen way out off shore with these big ass fish swimming in a circular fashion. Sounds relatively normal in that regard, but the other aspect is they feed the fish themselves and also bleach the fukk outta the water to keep the flesh clean.

These spots were the premium joints too, selling to the Japanese market etc.

I’m sure there’s levels to it, and some worse than others, but for the most part the seafood industry has got everyone fooled thinking the shyt isn’t on some slaughterhouse cow shyt. It doesn’t even feel or look like ocean, it’s like a big ass rodeo pit.

Nah, Garfish is delicious, you gotta get the bones out before hand but has a great flavour and texture when cooked with butter, lemon and parsley.

I much prefer whiting, flathead and pink snapper if I'm fishing in the sea but that's me

Might be a dumb question but do you cut up the banana and put it in a ziploc bag in the freezer or what?

My bad on the late reply. But naw not a dumb question breh. When I first heard about frozen bananas, I just threw em in the freezer without peeling em.

Then I tried to peel it like a regular banana and the shyt's would not come off. Had to get a potato peeler out

A regular banana and frozen banana will give you two different drinks breh.

You throw in a frozen banana with whey + milk etc. and it'll have the texture of a milkshake/smoothie and taste like one too. Regular banana = regular protein shake
