Does it give u more energy or does it just help hydrate u?


Well hydration makes u feel better in general so id say yes slightly. Obviously its not gonna give u energy like caffine but compared to how i used to feel after getting up, hydrating before work made me more alert if that helps.

Exactly! I never tripped off the sodium it was the mercury I was concerned about. Now I gotta go look at the sodium.

Fresh tuna is the way to go. Can tuna is just a convienent way of eating but shouldnt be done every day. I used to eat one can a week if that. I kind of bushed tuna in general because its pricy. I stay fukking with tilapia or salmon with lemon juice and bell pepper salsa on it :takedat:

I'm not sure if I ever had Tilapia, I always thought it was too cheap and its farmed so it couldn't be good.

Quite honestly all fish taste the same to me lol. I only know that tilapia is thinner then salmon otherwise i wouldnt even know the difference :wtf:
I recently had Flounder for the first time and it might be my favorite fish right now. All my life it's been Red Snapper but this air fried flounder is :ohlawd:

Yessir. If it was overrated I'd tell you. I don't fukk with oil fried food right now so it has been a blessing. Plus it cooks faster than the over does and make shyt way more crisp.

...but it does kind of wake you up/give some type of buzz.

I drink about 30oz of water first thing in the morning.

anyway...
...I wish I started eating rice cakes sooner.
They really kill my sweet tooth.
I can eat one and be good for the night.

1. Frozen Bananas

Put this in any shake and it will instantly turn it into a milkshake. Feels like I'm cheating out here.
I throw in some combo of milk, whey, oats, and sometimes greek yogurt in the blender. Adding a frozen banana to that will make it taste like a straight up cheat meal. I used to struggle to get these shakes down before frozen bananas, and now I look forward to them.

2. Drinking Water Immediately After Waking Up

Got this tip from Athlean X's channel. Ever wonder why you wake up sluggish in the morning even after getting a full night's rest? You're dehydrated when you wake up since your body got no nutrients for the eight or so hours you were asleep. So drinking two bottles of water as soon as you wake up will get you right.

I noticed I'm way more alert and have more energy to start my days now after chugging water first thing in the morning.

Might be a dumb question but do you cut up the banana and put it in a ziploc bag in the freezer or what?

Yes.

Any fruits you want to save should be cut and stored in a ziploc bag in the freezer.
