1. Frozen Bananas
Put this in any shake and it will instantly turn it into a milkshake. Feels like I'm cheating out here.
I throw in some combo of milk, whey, oats, and sometimes greek yogurt in the blender. Adding a frozen banana to that will make it taste like a straight up cheat meal. I used to struggle to get these shakes down before frozen bananas, and now I look forward to them.
2. Drinking Water Immediately After Waking Up
Got this tip from Athlean X's channel. Ever wonder why you wake up sluggish in the morning even after getting a full night's rest? You're dehydrated when you wake up since your body got no nutrients for the eight or so hours you were asleep. So drinking two bottles of water as soon as you wake up will get you right.
I noticed I'm way more alert and have more energy to start my days now after chugging water first thing in the morning.
