I use cottage cheese as a base for my alternative alfredo sauce

Throw it in to a blender with a cup of Brocolli, some onions and garlic

Get some mushrooms cracking in a frying pan and dump that shyt in there... Mix it up with whole wheat pasta

The macros on that is incredible and it tastes great, especially if you get some siracha in there

If you're watching carbs walmart has some high fiber tortillas that are big as hell and only net 8 carbs.
That's the cheat code right there. I've made every low carb variation of quesadilla and burrito possible.
Took some ground beef last night, fried it with a little butter, threw some adobo on that bad boy and then but it in my tortilla to make a cheese burger quesadilla that had about 13 total net carbs. Filled me right up for dinner.

Just found out you shouldn't eat tuna everyday. I been eating that shyt everyday for like the last week and a half :martin:

I'm not sure if I ever had Tilapia, I always thought it was too cheap and its farmed so it couldn't be good.

Quite honestly all fish taste the same to me lol. I only know that tilapia is thinner then salmon otherwise i wouldnt even know the difference :wtf:

Tilapia is what it is solid protein not much else

Tilapia is trash. Dont eat that shyt

I ate nothing but tuna 2 meals a day everyday for like 3-6 months, heavy tuna too. This was when I was young and not too savvy in the kitchen. All canned no fresh cuts, no tuna steak. I never experienced mercury poisoning.

I'd have tuna with mustard, tuna with pickles, tuna with BBQ sauce, tuna with soy sauce, tuna with lettuce, tuna on toast, tuna with bread, egg whites with tuna.

I'm calling straight bs on this mercury poisoning shyt. Mercury poisoning is real, but I don't think we are getting it from canned cheap tuna .I had the store brand shyt, the no name brand shyt and the premium canned shyt. I was eating tuna when it was a fad because it was "heart healthy" and the wave at the time was omega 3's then that wave crashed and it's not as healthy as everyone thought and I still are it cause it was lean and an excellent source of protein.

Tilapia is a doodoo fish, literally. Thats what it's eating in the fish farms all over china, Mexico and the US. Think of the Tyson chicken plants that are overstuffed, chickens laying on their feces and other chickens feces, diseases, sickness, overcrowded etc. This is the quality of tilapia raised around the world. Other fish simply cannot survive those conditions.

Thick cut pickles (not sweetened) have a crunch factor on par or even better than chips, cereal, any munchies.

A half cup of pickles is like 50 calories. And if you buy spicy pickles, the heat raises your body temp as a thermogenic so you end up burning calories, doing something good for your body and health goals while treating yourself.

Sodium can be concerning however if you drink plenty of water and utilize low sodium with other foods you will be fine.

I can only eat about 6-7 spicy pickle chips before I start sweating and my mouth is on fire.

I get the crunch, I get satiated, I get to drink water, I start sweating/burning calories.

Hell if sodium concerns you, you can put Sriracha on celery for that crunch and that heat.

I know it's real but I haven't any seen any medical data to show when it becomes dangerous. I literally ate nothing but tuna for a while during a cut and a bulk phase when I was younger and I'm Gucci, regular Dr's appts always showed I was Gucci.

They say you should only eat like 3 servings of tuna or salmon per week. I've accidently eaten more plenty of times. When I've bought tuna steaks and tried out different recipes ways to cook the, a well as salmon, cooking it, grilling it, air frying it.

I completely understand that I haven't been over exposed to the point of vomiting or passing out or organ failure, no real adverse symptoms or side effects but even over time as far as I know I haven't experienced any mercury poisoning .
