I've been fukking up bad guys :to:

Havent been to the gym since the 15th..

First I got a nasty cold, also helping my girl move into a new place, and then after that the holidays been keeping me busy with seeing mine and my girls family.

Not to mention my diet wouldve been impossible to follow the past few days




Back at it 2maro though

you know the recipe you just gotta follow through diligently, 10 days means nothing in the scheme of 3-6 months of cutting

I hear ya breh...


Weighed in this morning and I gained 3.6 lbs :sadbron:

Now I did have a ton of little Caesars pizza and bread sticks last night and still havent shyt.. So it could be that plus the huge amounts of sodium in the pizza and bread stix that caused such a high number..

Back @ the gym today, no more excuses... I left off on day 2 of week 3 workut A... So I'll restart week 3

I fell off, been a few weeks since I last been to the gym.. Letting school and work get in the way and lazy


Where should I pick up with this 5x5 when I get back in either tonight or 2maro

start where you were at, but dont fall off this time :usure:

Technically yeah, but it wasnt like 3 weeks then I was done..

Id go on a monday then not again till a thursday and I wouldnt progress my weeks

Either way I didnt do what i was suppose




Okay now I know you said to only focus on

Squats
Bench
Bent over rows


Squats
Dead lift
Overhead


BUT can you please give me something extra to add to these two workouts when in the gym... I know you said theyll be enough, but Ill go there and do what I have to with out even breaking a full sweat and leave in 20 minutes

the point isnt to break a sweat, its just to increase numbers on the bar

if you go everytime ur supposed too youll wish there was less :ufdup:

its supposed to go 3 days a week every week(MWF or TuThSat etc)

within 3 weeks ur numbers double, within 2 months youre a respectable lifter :whew:
