How many of yall got a dui before????????
I never got one before but all I can say is that if you live in North Carolina you don't want to get one. That would be the most expensive drinks you've ever had.

So you really are going to ignore the fact that dropping acceptable BAC limits reduces fatalities?
Awesome.
USA TODAY

There go some numbers just from the year before and after Australia dropped the BAC limit, so they're driving essentially the same cars.
In just one year, they reduced the number of alcohol related crashes, and also reduced the percentage of people who drive at the ridiculous high levels that even @DrunkenNovice agrees are dangerously high.
Crazy, isn't it?
and those are acceptable numbers to you?

not saying its acceptable, just saying that's the level where I consider people are "drunk".
Like I said I understand the intent, but really all its doing is implicating people who aren't really "drunk driving".
You can scare people out of driving at extremely high levels by increasing the severity of penalties for getting caught driving at the higher levels, rather than just broadening the range of illegality.
Yall do realize you can blow a .05 off 1 drink right??
