i dont really agree with this... idk how much alcohol it takes to get .05, but i doubt its very much. i dont think someone like me who likes to go out and have few needs some harsh ass penalty if i get pulled over. it takes quite a bit for me to get so drunk i cant drive. i feel like things like this are more for lightweights. maybe someone who rarely drinks is a threat from .05 but i think the majority of people can handle more than that and shouldnt be fukked over completely because of it. just my opinion

If it takes quite a bit to get you drunk to the point you feel you can't drive then you've already been driving intoxicated. It just means your tolerance is high and you need to lay off the drinking for a while.
