LMAO... Sbarro's... ??? That's like the burger king of pizzas- we don't do those. If you like Sbarros then you would def like the real authentico ny pizzas. DMV- have yet to find decent pizza.. &Pizza... they're the chipotle of pizza. the one near F street, they always burn the pizza.. they need to clean that oven or speed up the conveyor belt that cooks the pizza. Ledos- I'm mad they don't use mozzarella cheese.. what type of cheese is that? The closest pizza that I had that was good was this place in Bowie, called Three Brothers (or something like that)..

What pizza spots do you recommend in NYC? Also, are there any traditional $1 slices left?

I usually go to the &Pizza on U Street. I had this one slice from them that had like goat cheese and honey truffle on it that was HITTIN :ohlawd: Main thing that sucks about the one on U Street is that it be mad CROWDED so expect a long wait, and on a Friday or Saturday night it can look kinda dirty outside since the garbage cans near it be overfilled....And expect a degree of ratchetness on those nights too :pachaha:

Ledo’s uses smoked provolone cheese on all their pizzas and the sauce is generally real sweet. I have a major sweet tooth so Ledo’s be addictive asf when it comes to me lol.

Ohhh I forgot Three Brothers got a spot in Bowie. They got a location in Waldorf and Clinton (the original location I believe and it appeared in Jay IDK’s Pizza Shop music video). Their slices are like that too.

Btw, for you and the other NYC posters, there’s this place just up the street from me in Brandywine off of Branch Ave on 13700 Old Brandywine Rd called New York Italian Deli. They’re actual NY Italians with a shyt ton of new and old school NYC memorabilia. It has a teal roof (I think) and an old school 1950’s NYC checker cab. They got a whole rack of subs that are good asf, I be feeling like a fat dog sometimes whenever I eat there :ahh:

Here’s their website

Pizza Rat agrees.

Don't sleep on CT though.

FACTS!!!

New Haven is literally known for its pizza.

In addition, pretty much any non-chain pizza spot in Fairfield County or New Haven County is gonna have some piff ass pizza. I've noticed that it has gotten harder to get pizza by the slice (at least in Fairfield County), but you can still get a great pie anywhere in Southern Connecticut.

Chicago is known for its deep dish but when we do thin crust, we do it well.
