Dude does not need to lift to fix his gut
Muhfuggas are obsessed w/muscle mass
Can u post a link or some proof that lifting would fix dude's issue, over something like diet or fixing his posture?
of all folks in this thread you should realize that moderate beginner lifting =/= instant resultswe'll be the judge of that^^^
if you do in fact look like that person
1) start a free weight lifting routine
2) start knowing what you eat from a calorie standpoint
3) answer my question about liquid calorie consumption
Take the grains (bread, rice) and sugar (candy, juice) out of your diet, supplement those with meat/poultry/fish/nuts/veggies/water/some fruits, then either focus on weight lifting with emphasis on compound lifts or do bodyweight exercises like the other dude said.
I dont even eat much yet my belly sticking out
shyt should be illegal b
That's the problem. Your body STORES FAT, if you don't eat constantly throughout the day. Starving yourself will only make your body panic. So that's why you have that gut. Start eating 8 times a day, nothing too big, nothing too small, and drink tons of water also. Your body will STORE WATER when you don't get enough, also contributing to your gut.
There you have it
Bro LL's advice was terrible. A lot of folks have got ripped eating 2-3 times a day.theres plenty of people that dont eat constantly and have nice flat abs...i think my body just needs toning but fuk i hate crunches
dont think i have that breh i can stand up straightYou PROBABLY got that anterior pelvic tilt bruh
That shyt will give skinny people guts. Puts your spine where your guts should be, puts your guts where the eyes can see
