Yea I hear you but you're:
a) assuming only one person uses the console
b) assuming people aren't Xfinity customers or with some other shyt company that imposes data caps and throttling

It's not like I play a ton at the same time either but 800GB is unsustainable for me. I'll keep doing the cold storage thing for now though. I can't imagine what S owners are feeling.

Man I think I was pissed the entire time I used a Vita. Amazing piece of kit but damn we all got fleeced in that situation.

We gotta take our licks @PS5 @MeachTheMonster ...brehs, we cannot spin this one :francis: but I'll be impressed if yall manage to find some way.
Cold storage is the most economical solution.

Not if you have unlimited internet.

Speeds are so fast now, and with cloud streaming, play while downloading, etc.

Local storage is becoming less and less important.

People just like to hoard games.

In reality the 1tb you get with the system is very manageable.

Not everyone has fast internet:yeshrug:

Sometimes you don’t want to wait an hour or 2 to download and play a game.

However when you do have fast internet it’s amazing. Downloaded Back 4 Blood the other night in 5 minutes :whoo:

If the price is a problem then cold storage or console streaming are viable options.

Nothing has changed on the pricing from launch to now so I'm not sure the point of the thread besides Sony stans being sad their third party solutions cost the same and require a screwdriver and schematics. :umad:
