I went ahead and picked up a copy at Best Buy for $16.
Played a few hours over the weekend. The game overall seems ok.
I doubt it'll be good enough to pull me away from any other games but we'll see.
The cycle of resource use and gathering is already a bit mundane and repetitive.

I don't think it will appeal to cats that put in too much time in the game, honestly.
Luckily I stopped early enough so I didn't feel burnt out by it.
That shyt is tedious.

the big update drops tuesday, so might as well wait to see how that changes things
