Good for crunk/hype tracks (Lets Go Get Em, Uh Oh, My Entourage), but one of the worse NL spitters, he got overshadowed in 97/98 when lots and lots of new (many more talented/unique) rappers came in, that's why he left in 99 and formed his own label

I know I'm in the minority on this one, but "Trapped In Crime" is C-Murder's best song IMO. I was livid when that song didn't end up on the retail version of Trapped In Crime. The version of "What You Bout" feat. Mystikal that's on the retail isn't that great either in comparison to the one on the advance. "That Calliope" is another song that got ruined for the retail.
