Mystikal's issue with C-Murder stemmed from Mystikal making the "label carrying" remark on "Settle The Score" with Juvenile. That's when C-Murder dropped "Bet Ya", which was a Mystikal diss that was a hidden bonus track on C-Murder's TRU Dawgs. P never publicly went at Mystikal. Master P did imply that he ghostwrote "Shake It Fast" in an interview though.

It never seemed that C and Mystikal were ever really THAT cool with each other. C-Murder wasn't on Unpredictable and Mystikal wasn't on Bossalinie. Between the two of them, they have like four songs together ("Don't Play No Games", "Running From The Police", "Stack Yo Chips", and "What U Bout"). The rest are 504 Boyz songs or posse cuts. Mystikal had plenty of songs with Silkk and Master P., which eventually led to the formation of the original 504 Boyz. They were on multiple songs on each other's albums. I don't know if it was just chemistry or Mystikal and C just didn't click like that.
Nah C and Mystikal were close. The Source had an interview with Mystikal just after he split from NL (promoting his new album), and he said that his and C's and P's kids go to school together, they're neighbors etc. No blood feud, just business disagreements

THEN, as you said, Mystikal suddenly made those unnecessary digs at NL on Settle The Score a year later, shortly after C went off at him with Betya. Ungrateful ass nikka

Silkk and Mystikal had a friendly rivalry with each other so I can see the chemistry they had (that's why silkk changed his flow up) I wonder how C and Mystikal would've vibed on that Tank Doggs album
Mystikal wasn't gonna be part of the TDs, only in the early stages (when that famous album cover with him was out there, never seen it in the booklets though, must have been in some magazine)
It was C, Fiend, Mac, Snoop

THIS.

I don't know if Mystikal was ever official as a member, but his picture on that cover was from a Black Beat article. They retouched it and put it in color for the cover. The cover with Mystikal was from the official Pen & Pixel site, but it never appeared in the booklets.

I'd imagine Mystikal (and maybe even Soulja Slim pre-jailstint) would have been a member of TD in 1998, Magic in 1999/2000

He gave him a nod on Kane & Abel's "No Limit nikkas"

"Cuz the ghettos my home nikka, I'm ghetto raised
I'm Unpredictable, Ask the nikka wit the braids"

I got a question for Boz, would you ride for me?
To them Deli boys nikka would you die for me?
To my homies Kane and Abel would you kill for me?
If a motherfukker wasn't being real to me
And Fiend and Mac, I know you ready to roll
Cause the three of us done been through some shyt before
Mia X, I know you always got my back
The Gambino's stay strapped, and me and Prime Suspect
Been shedding tears on the block forever
Just like Big Ed been TRU forever
Mystikal, nikka, would you pop that fool
But not before Serv-On gonna hit that fool
