idk why full-blooded was dope on features yet terrible on his album.
How was that prime suspects album? they were dope on features too but idk about an entire album of them.
What "dope" features did full blooded have?

And that Prime Suspects album was horrible even by "98 standards and they released that wack ass lead single featuring Mystikal... Full blooded, prime suspects, and Big Ed album where the worst shyt when they came out and still is...

I think Skull Duggery's second NL album was dope and highly slept on..

These Wicked Streets was surprisingly good, especially the cuts featuring Fiend, Mia, Mystikal, Snoop, C...

Disagree bout Prime Suspects. That single with Mystikal was one of my favorite NL singles and vids (loved how they incorporated the album cover). Album had alotta heat @Alvin

Big Ed and Full Blooded probably had the worst NL albums in 98 but those still had some gems on it

Full Blooded was more often miss than hit tho

Mama Drama and Ghetto Fabulous were also really disappointing at the end of 98, everyone was burnt out af

I liked his joints with C-Murder, Fiend, Soulja Slim, Magic

for example, when KLC or the engineer acts an ass during his verse with the drums

His album was ass though

@OHSNAP!

*edit I didn't know that him and Soulja Slim were legit cousins

If you listen closely (read between the lines), he basically admitted C touched him. After that incident, not one bad word from PT Studioboy against No Limit was ever heard again. Hope blowin' up with an unnecessary No Limit/MP diss track was worth it Mr. PT p*ssyass:pacspit:

When was the incident in Nashville?

Livin Legend
Where We Wanna (waste of a Goodie Mob feature)
Freedom
Lord Help Us
Lil Nikka
I Remember
Still Makin' Moves

All pretty weak. Only really good cuts imo were Like A Jungle, Ride On Dem Bustas and Ghetto Millionaire

Sound quality/mastering did that album no favors. Sounded like shyt.

What's the story behind this album?

Also did kane & abel get locked up in '99? Why did they leave the tank?

And what was the reason for the breakup? BBTP wanted more money? Were they shorted? Was this requested justified?

Interesting. Never seen this album. Who released this?

Kane and Able got dropped because the feds were trying to link their cocaine connect (Richard Pena) to Master P. P was like :whoa: so he had to distance himself.

The story of BBTP was that they wanted more money. They had P on speaker phone and he was talking to someone and was like "fukk them nikkas for wanting more bread!":pacspit:

They heard it and became the Medicine Men. I believe this was a bit after the last TRU album Da Crime Family.

Mr. Serv-On, who helped bring KLC and Craig B to the label before its mainstream success watched his friends bring in legal counsel. “We had people in our circle that weren’t so-they-say ‘street guys’—and they was with that bullshyt. So one day [in a phone meeting], P was like, ‘Man, they don’t wanna sign [the contract], fukk ’em!’ The [lawyer had Beats By The Pound] on speaker. And they heard it. P didn’t really mean nothin’ by it; he was just gettin’ mad, like you would with your homie.”
